I think you underestimate the stupidity of common people. I think you’d be surprised by the widespread conservative thinking in any population, really. “It was alway done like this, so it’s the right way and everyone else is wrong.” I like your optimism, though. I hope I’m wrong and at least in some countries a reasonable and tolerant majority does exist.

Diverse well fitting shirts and non-cargo pants from other materials than denim. More adventurous men can dive into different kinds of tunics, sweaters and such, can have accessories like neckerchieves and scarves, nice bags, footwear. You can play with colors and patterns… Men can have some fun with clothes too.

That sounds like it’s ok to get a pet even if you don’t want to take care of it for long. You can then just donate it and feel great about yourself. How about appealing to the public to not adopt/buy pets if they’re not sure they want to take the responsibility of taking care of them.
Your observation is valid, but it would be fair to admit that as you’re not on the receiving end, you might not notice all the occasions women get real condescending mansplaining because it doesn’t touch you personally as much.

Do you mean for example planning an online meeting? That would be way easier than now, right? Now everyone’s time is called differently. In the proposed system, you’d just say “let’s meet at 9”. Everyone would connect at what is called 9 in their part of the world - easy. It would be different parts of the day for each of them, just like it is always at such meetings.
Apart from directly catholic gays, there are also gays in very catholic countries, where their lives are influenced heavily by catholic stances no matter whether they believe or not.
