Why does it say “ado as just ado”?
Why does it say “ado as just ado”?
I assumed it was covid at first, but then I realised how long it takes to make a movie and it came out too soon… It was just that accurate.
Funny how a lot of criticism was about how it was “too on the nose”, but really, it still seems to have gone over people’s heads
The best way to make a decision you’re “50/50” on. Flip a coin. If you’re disappointed with the result, pick the other one, you wanted it more than 50.
Honestly, as someone who doesn’t like in America I feel like this wouldn’t surprise me if it was real from there.
Where I live you have minimum 4 weeks annual leave a year…
My work, and many others in my area, have well being days. As well as sick days and annual leave.
You can take a well being day at any time for any reason. The main intent is that it’s a mental health day essentially. So we can call in sad, but you don’t have to say “I’m not coming in cause I’m sad”.
It feels so weird, and a little scary, to see people praising brave journalism when they’re basically just staying historical facts… It’s that not normal journalism? 😅
Not in Europe but similar situation. You either have enough staff in the team, or staff that with similar skills in other teams, that someone can cover them for that period, or you hire a contractor. Also depends how long they’re gone and how urgent things are.
But usually you hire slightly more staff than you need. I mean what if someone gets really sick? What if you suddenly get multiple urgent things? In the down time there’s extra things you can do that aren’t “make new shit” so it’s not like you’re paying people to do nothing.
